We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve the Sitecake service. This includes:

• Email address (for license delivery and support)
• Payment information, handled entirely by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record — we never see or store your card details
• Website usage data via Google Analytics (anonymous, non-personally identifiable)

How we use your data

Your data is used solely for:

• Processing and delivering your Sitecake license
• Providing customer support and ticket responses
• Sending update notifications for purchased software
• Improving our website and product through aggregated analytics

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data security

All payments are processed through Paddle using industry-standard encryption. Your password is stored as a SHA1 hash on your own server — we never have access to it.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for Google Analytics and session management. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
