Will Sitecake work?

I am new here and I am looking for a new CMS for my client to use. I have his website running now and I need for my client to edit just two pages on his website. Not the entire site, just one or two sections on these two pages. The site is mobile or device friendly and will reshape depending on the device you use. Today most people use mobile devices to view websites.

He will use a laptop to edit the site,
