Toolbar defective?

Hello,

I have a big problem with the toolbar of the admin of version 3.7.1

This one appears incomplete, I have only the icons of the tags H1 H2 H3 and that of the image loading and I can only change texts impossible to load photos.

PHP version:

Copy file EDITOR cnf
The template is a template base bootstrap

Hi, there is no 3.7.1 version of sitecake. Latest stable version is 2.3.6. There are aloso some text missing in your post. Can you correct it?
