How to open link in a new window (target="_blank")?

How do you create a link that opens in a new window (target="_blank") with the toolbar?

In my design internal links open in the same page (=sitecake default), and external links to other websites open in a new window. How can this be replicated using the sitecake toolbar?

Hi, unfortunately there is no possibility to do that at the moment. This is something that we will add in 3.x version release.
