Extremely dissatisfied with the purchase of this CMS, try a server and can not perform any procedure, hire a new server and also can not run, already open two tickets and support simply ignored.

Hi, I’ve just checked our records and saw that your initial problem was solved by support:
Folders had to be readable and writable for the PHP user.

I am sorry but there are issues with your server. Sitecake can’t do anything to help.
Please, if you can, open a hosting account with some of our recommended hosting providers.
