Editing content in bootstrap modals

Hey SiteCake!
I’m having issues with editing bootstrap modals,
I created a keyboard short-cut to open the modal when in editing mode.

My setup:
Bootstrap 3, SiteCake 2, Tried with both jQuery 1.11 & jQuery 2.2:

I can upload pictures to it, I can added NEW text, and I can delete old text BUT!

I can’t edit text already in place, it won’t let me enter into the particular div.
I’d have to place a new text box, enter all my text and then delete the old text, but if I need to re-write that text, I have to repeat that process.
Currently no way to edit the existing text :confused:

I’ve tried messing with the z-index, tried placing the sc-content class individually on each div that I wanted to edit (but keep the tags and placement etc)

Any thoughts?

I got it solved, and I’ll b posting some CSS/js that will allow others to edit bootstrap modals, after I get done with the rest of my current project!

Thanks for your quick response but ive figured it out apparently! : ) i can now edit existing font.
