No. Sitecake has one admin password. It’s made for small websites with just a couple of pages.
Of course, if you have multiple languages, separate folder on the server for each language, you can put several instances of Sitecake for each language (or website section). Each Sitecake instance can have it’s own password. In this way you can have different editors for different sections of the website.
