Disable page manager from toolbar (white label)

I am a White Label user and want to disable or not display the Page Manager from the toolbar?

I am integrating sitecake in a one page template and there is no need for the customer for the Menu Items and HTML Pages.

If you want to disable pagemanager you can edit editor.cnf file by adding Pagemanager.init = false.
