Blank Page No Response from Support



I submitted my log report and nobody has come back to me. It’s over a week now. I’m not sure what is happening. Can you please advise what I should do.




your ticket has been merged with other ticket of yours for the same issue. Problem with your website is that it has thousands of photos, hundreds per page. Photos are not optimized and Sitecake simply can’t handle that.

Plase use some other CMS that has a database.
