Admin PHP is blank

Hey there-

I was getting the parsing error “[” line 26 while having the PHP v.5.6.21. I then reset to PHP v.7.0.6 and the error is gone, but now it’s just displaying a blank page: http://www.uxdimensions.com/admin.php

Help, please!

Also wanted to mention that this happens before a login even becomes available. The page loads blank.
